Our Process is Thorough and Professional

When appraising a home, first we measure it, looking at the overall condition to determine the actual age vs. the effective age. (Referring to adjustments made to the house after it was built.) For example, a 40-year-old house might have an effective age of 10 because of modifications having been made to it. Next, we take photos of the inside and outside, and perform cost approach and market comparisons in order to determine its fair value.
